Here you can find everything you need to know before commissioning me for a plush (base prices, TOS) as well as a gallery of my previous work, my work queue and a link to a google form to get a quote for your project.If my commissions are closed, you can ask to be added to my waitlist and will be contacted in priority on the next opening.

Price guide

- the prices indicated below are the base prices for a single color plush with a simple design.- the final price of a project will be determined by the a combination of factors, including but not limited to cost of materials (number of colors, armature, joints, magnets, etc.) and estimated number of hours of work needed.- plushes requiring a whole new pattern will be more expensive than plushes using an already established pattern, accounting for the creation of the new pattern and the prototype(s) to test it.- If you have a specific pattern in mind for your project (including patterns sold by other artits) let me know (any excuse to use one of NazFx Studio's patterns is good in my book).- the size of the plush is determined by the longest measurement (including tail, wings, etc.)- I can also remake previous projects, except original characters (I can use the same pattern, but I will not recreate the character's likeness)You can always reach out to me (via dms on social media or the contact form at the bottom of the carrd) for a precise quote for your project.

GENERAL INFOS :- You’ll need to provide a plush reference for the project (the best would be a front and back or front and side view of your character in the pose you want, with defined markings and any information that could be useful).- If you are not able to make a plush reference on your own, we can work on one together at a fee. If you have a plush reference that I need to slightly modify for practical reasons (fixing proportions, etc.) I will do so free of charge.- I am the sole owner of the patterns I fully create. I will not hand out a pattern I created, even if it was used to make your commission.- I am the sole owner of the embroidery files I fully create. I will not hand out an embroidery file I created, even if it was used to make your commission.- You do not have the right to reproduce the plush for commercial purpose, whether it be disassembling my plush to make some yourself to sell or have it mass produced by a factory.- Please do not ghost me after receiving a quote. I understand that the final price might be higher than what you first thought, but a simple “Thanks, but I’m not interested anymore” is the best way not to waste anybody’s time.- Once we have agreed on all details of your commission, You will be placed on my queue, and a link to your trello card will be provided so you can check progress on your commission at any time.- I will not do NSFW projects of sexual nature (light gore can be discussed, candy gore is fine).- I reserve the right to decline any commission.- You have to be 18+ to commission me (a valid form of ID will be asked)*

*PAYMENT :- You can contact me anytime for a quote for your plush project. I keep a dated copy of all quotes. Quotes are valid for 3 months. Passed this time frame, if a commission hasn't been booked for the project, you'll need a new quote.- I only accept payment through Paypal invoices in EUR.- A deposit of 10% of the price of the project will be required within 48h of booking a commission slot.- Payment is required in full upfront, before I start working on your commission.- Full payment is due 14 days before the start of the month your commission is set to be worked on (to order the necessary materials).- Shipping will be charged separately once the commission is completed.*

*REFUND :- Deposit is non refundable.- If materials have not been ordered yet : you’ll receive a partial refund of the cost of the plush minus the deposit and Paypal fees.- If materials have already been ordered : you’ll receive a partial refund of the cost of the plush minus the cost of materials bought, the deposit and the Paypal fees.- If I have started working on your commission : refunds are unavailable.*

*TIME FRAME :- A plush will be completed within the month it has been scheduled for, save from exceptional circumstances outside of my control (machine breaking down and needing to be sent in for repairs, important delay in shipping of materials, personal life events).- Example of my work timeline : March slot
January 10th - commission booked
January 12th - deposit due (48h later)
January 13th to February 14th - creation of plush reference sheet (if necessary)
February 15th - full payment due
February 16th - materials ordered
March 1st - commission work starts
March 1st to March 31st - wips and updates (includind pictures)
March 31st - commission completed
April 1st to 7th - finale photoshoot, packing, shipping invoice sent- You can always ask for updates, but please keep in mind that we might be in different timezones and I won't be able to respond immediately.- If for some reason the platform we are communicating on is experiencing issues, I can always be contacted at this email : [email protected]*

*SHIPPING :- I strive to ship worldwide, but due to external factors (political instability, strikes, etc.) I may not be able to ship to every country.- VAT and other import/custom taxes are the responsability of the recipient.- All packages will be shipped with tracking and insurance.
If your plush is damaged upon arrival, or if it’s not delivered after 4 weeks, please contact me by email as soon as possible.*

*OTHER INFOS :- These plushes are display items and are not meant for rough play. I will not be held responsible for any damage to the plush caused by improper use. They can however be lightly cuddled.- These plushes are collectible items. They are not toys and are not meant for children.- Do not machine wash your plush, only clean the relevant spot(s).- Every plush is handmade. Sewing is done using a sewing machine or by hand for small details / adjustments.- Any embroidery is done with an embroidery machine.- I primarily work with minky, and occasionally with faux fur (rabbit fur, wolf fur, shannon luxury shag).- Some plushes will contain poly pellets for weight/stability.- I own a cat, so my workspace is NOT cat hair free.
