Plush Commission

Here you can find everything you need to know before commissioning me for a plush (base prices, TOS) as well as a gallery of my previous work, and my work queue.If my commissions are closed, you can ask to be added to my waitlist and will be contacted in priority on the next opening.

Prices

- the prices indicated below are the base prices for my work depending on the size of the final plush- the size of the plush is determined by the longest measurement (including tail, wings, etc.)- the sizes are divided in 10 cm brackets, meaning the final plush's size will fall under that range- prices go up within each category depending on the complexity of the plush (specific material, amount of details, colours, emboidery, the addition of metal or plastic armature, joints, magnets, etc.).You can always reach out to me (via dms on social media or the contact form at the bottom of the carrd) for a precise quote for your project.

TOS

GENERAL INFOS :- You’ll need to provide a plush reference for original characters (the best would be a front and back or front and side view of your character in the pose you want, with defined markings and any information that could be useful).- If you are not able to make a plush reference on your own, we can work on one together at a fee. If you have a plush reference that I need to slightly modify for practical reasons (fixing proportions, etc.) I will do so free of charge.- For non original characters (from a game, movie, etc.) I will make a plush reference after the commission has been approved and paid.
I reserve the right to decline any commission, without having to explain myself.- The base prices of the plushies will be separated in a few categories based on size/type. The final price can vary a lot depending on the complexity of the design (quantity of embroidery, applique, markings, hand sewing needed, etc.).- You have to be 18+ to commission me (a form of valid ID will be asked)- I am the sole owner of the patterns I fully create. I will not hand out a pattern I created, even if it was used to make your commission.- I am the sole owner of the embroidery files I fully create. I will not hand out an embroidery file I created, even if it was used to make your commission.- You do not have the right to reproduce the plush for commercial purpose, whether it be disassembling my plush to make some yourself to sell or have it mass produced by a factory.- Please do not ghost me after receiving a quote. I understand that the final price might be higher than what you first thought, but a simple “Thanks, but I’m not interested anymore” is the best way not to waste anybody’s time.- Once we have agreed on all details of your commission, You will be placed on my queue, and a link to your trello card will be provided so you can check progress on your commission at any time.- I do not do NSFW projects.PAYMENT :- You can contact me anytime for a precise quote for your plush project. I keep dated a copy of all quotes. Quotes are valid for 3 months (until the next commission opening). Passed this time frame, you'll need a new quote.- I only accept payment through Paypal in EUR.- I only accept payment through invoices.- Payment is required in full upfront.- If your commission is set to be worked on in the current month, payment is required as soon as we have agreed on the commission.- If your commission is set to be worked on during a later month, payment can be sent as soon as the commission has been agreed upon, and at the latest 14 days before the start of the month your commission is scheduled for (leaving me enough time to order all materials to start on the first of the month)- Shipping will be charged separately once the commission is completed.REFUND :- If you need to cancel your commission before I start working on it and before I buy the materials, you’ll receive a full refund of the cost of the plush (Paypal fees will not be refunded).- If you need to cancel your commission before I start working on it, but after I already bought the materials, you’ll receive a partial refund (original amount minus the cost of the materials and Paypal fees).- Refunds are unavailable once I start working on your commission.TIME FRAME :- A plush will be completed within the month it has been scheduled for, save from events out of my control (machine breaking down and needing to be sent in for repairs, important delay in shipping of materials, personal life circumstances).- Feel free to ask for updates (but please don’t spam me).SHIPPING :- I’m striving to ship worldwide, but with the change in the EU custom tax, I’ll need to look into your specific country to see if I’m able to ship there.- All packages will be shipped with tracking and insurance.
If your plush is damaged upon arrival, or if it’s not delivered after 4 weeks, please contact me by email as soon as possible.OTHER INFOS :- These plushes are display items and are not meant for rough play. I will not be held responsible for any damage to the plush caused by improper use. They can however be lightly cuddled.- These plushes are collectible items. They are not toys and are not meant for children.- Do not machine wash your plush, only clean the relevant spot(s).- Every plush is handmade. Sewing is done using a sewing machine or by hand for small details / adjustments.- Any embroidery is done with an embroidery machine.- I primarily work with minky, and occasionally with faux fur (rabbit fur, wolf fur, shannon luxury shag).- Some plushies will contain poly pellets for stability.- I own a cat, so my workspace is NOT cat hair free.
